Cherry BBQ Sauce Our tangy cherry BBQ sauce is fantastic on our ribs. Be creative. There are many more uses for this tasty sauce. Try it on a burger, steak, pork chop or whatever your heart desires. This is very near a dark roast, fantastic depth and flavor. Directions: Use 1 to 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 6oz of cold water. Vary according to personal taste. Poppyseed Dressing Our house made Poppyseed dressing is a French based dressing with our twisted. It has a little more of a tang than a traditional French dressing and has the unique flavor of the poppy seeds that are in the dressing. The ingredients include ketchup, sugar, red wine vinegar, poppy seeds, red onions, and salad oil. This is an emulsion that will last, if treated properly, the same length of time as ketchup.
