• Two-night minimum on Saturday stayovers during July and August
• Three-night minimum stays on holiday weekends and on festival weekends in October
• Dog accepted at $15.00 per day, plus major credit card impression   See pet friendly rules
• Baby cribs available without charge
• A deposit equal to one night's stay plus tax is required within seven days from the date the reservation is made. Your confirmation will be mailed upon receipt of your deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full refund of deposit with 10-day notice. You are responsible for payment IN FULL for the entire confirmed dates of your reservation without the 10-day notice.
