Winter is very different in Door County than summer. One of the obvious differences to us is that Julie's Park Cafe and Motel is closed. This means that winter is a time to relax and reflect. While we relax and reflect on the previous year, we are also planning for the next. We also take time to enjoy what Door County has to offer in the winter. Soon the trails in Peninsula State Park will be full of snow and open. There you can cross country ski, snow shoe, and explore. Also, many of the shops are still open during the winter.
