So what exactly is your role at Julie’s?
I am a manager. I also connect with people and smile a lot.
So, what do you want to be when you grow up?
Favorite Part of working in a restaurant?
Food! Seeing food! looking at food! Thinking about what to do with food!
Also, connecting with customers. I love having the food/beverage on the table before they even sit down!
Favorite menu item?
Ravioli, Fiesta Salad, Asian Chicken salad, quesadilla, pot roast, meat loaf, Greek veggie sandwich, BACON!, kids pizza
You must love food. What's your favorite meal?
Steak! Rib eye! med rare! Steak! Prime rib! med rare! Any steak, med rare! So steak is my fave!
However, creamy gravy or cheesy anything always turns my head! Pot roast, stroganoff, alfredo anything, Mexican anything, and anything you can add hot sauce to!
Favorite places to eat around town? Besides Julie's, of course
Mr. Helsinki's, Pasta Vino, John Henry's, Good Eggs, Blue Front, Glidden Lodge, Gibraltar Grill, Nightengale, Coyote Roadhouse, Gordon Lodge, Husby's, The Bowl, Wild Tomato
What else do you enjoy doing in Door County?
Biking, kayaking, eating at restaurants (obviously)
